PEPPER

Female Dog aged 3 years 0 months.

Pepper is one of two dogs who were taken from a neglectful home in an incident involving the police and animal warden and she has now been signed over for rehoming. She is a gorgeous dog with a wonderful temperament that has not been tarnished by an unfortunate time in her life. She still loves everyone! Pepper is a friendly and very happy girl, and a very busy and active dog. She is not known to have lived with children, so we would not wish to place her with youngsters under 10 years, and she is unknown with cats or small pets. She is used to living with another dog, and has met and been sociable with other dogs while in rescue care. As with all rescue dogs, the stress and trauma in her recent life may cause her to react to new dogs in a new environment, and should this occur, her new owners will need to be ready to help her overcome this, possibly by seeking professional behavioural help. Pepper is looking for an active and interesting lifestyle, with plenty of walks and fun, plenty of cuddles and love, and company most of the time.
